Blue Echinops: The Bee Rave Flower 🐝🎶

Okay, hear me out… Blue Echinops (aka Globe Thistle) are basically tiny disco balls for bees. Every time I see them, the bees are having the time of their lives, buzzing, bumping into each other, like they’re at a rave. 

Why bees love them:

The round ball isn’t just one flower, it’s hundreds of little flowers, so it’s like an all-you-can-eat buffet.

The spiky look keeps the nectar safe, kind of like the bouncers at a club.

That silvery-blue color reflects sunlight, so the nectar doesn’t overheat. Cool drinks all day, bottle service included.

They’re quirky and fun to design with.

They last a long time.

They make people stop and say, “Wait, what’s that flower?”
